The S0 frame size keeps the footprint compact — 135 mm wide, 101 mm tall, 171 mm deep — fitting standard 35 mm DIN rail with screw or snap-on mounting.
Mechanical life is 10 million operations typical, with a maximum switching frequency of 1,000 cycles per hour at AC-3. That's enough for frequent-start applications like conveyors or compressors, but not for continuous high-speed indexing. Factor this into the enclosure thermal budget.
Mounting and panel integration
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail via screw or snap-on fastening. Clearance distances for ventilation: 6 mm upwards, 6 mm forwards, 6 mm downwards, 6 mm at the sides, and 0 mm backwards (the DIN rail side). This means the assembly can sit flush against the back panel, but needs 6 mm air gap on all other sides for natural convection cooling.
