S0 star-delta assembly — what ships in the box
The 3RA2426-8XF32-1BB4: This is a pre-assembled SIRIUS star-delta starter kit. The box contains three contactors: two 3RT2027-1BB40 units for the line and star legs, and one 3RT2026-1BB40 for the delta leg, plus the RS assembly kit 3RA2923-2BB1 that ties them together with the interlock and timing. That covers most European and North American motor voltages in one assembly.
DIN rail mounting with rotation freedom
That flexibility helps when the panel layout forces an odd orientation. Dimensions are 135 mm wide, 101 mm high, 181 mm deep — S0 contactor frame size. Clearance around the assembly: 6 mm upwards, forwards, downwards, and to the sides; zero clearance needed backwards against the panel backplate.
Wiring terminals and conductor sizes
The magnet coil uses screw terminals as well, rated at 24 V DC with a closing power of 13.8 W. For the line-side fusing, the assembly expects gG NH 3NA, DIAZED 5SB, or NEOZED 5SE fuses rated at 50 A — that's the specified assignment type 2 coordination.
Environmental and mechanical endurance
Shock resistance: 13.5 g for 5 ms and 8.3 g for 10 ms under AC conditions; 15 g for 5 ms and 10 g for 10 ms under DC conditions. That's solid for industrial panel vibration environments.
