Pre-assembled star-delta kit — what you get
The 3RA2426-8XF32-1BB4-ZX95: This is a factory-assembled SIRIUS star-delta starter kit: three contactors (two 3RT2027-1BB40 and one 3RT2026-1BB40) plus the RS assembly kit 3RA2923-2BB1 on a common mounting plate.
Panel fit and mounting flexibility
Clearance around the assembly: 6 mm upwards, forwards, downwards, and to the sides; 0 mm backwards against the mounting surface.
Wiring and termination
All terminals are screw-type — main current circuit, auxiliary/control circuit, and magnet coil — so expect a screwdriver on site, not a push-in tool. Main circuit accepts solid conductors: 2× (1–2.5 mm²) and 2× (2.5–10 mm²).
Protection coordination and coil data
The assembly requires upstream fuses: gG NH 3NA, DIAZED 5SB, or NEOZED 5SE rated 50 A per the assignment table. Magnet coil rated 24 V DC with a closing power of 13.8 W — factor this into the control transformer sizing if multiple starters pull in simultaneously.
Environmental and compliance
The substance prohibitance date of 10/01/2009 aligns with RoHS compliance. Shock resistance: 13.5 g / 5 ms and 8.3 g / 10 ms (AC); 15 g / 5 ms and 10 g / 10 ms (DC).
