Star-delta starter, wired and ready
The 3RA2426-8XH32-2BB4 is a factory-assembled SIRIUS star-delta contactor assembly — three contactors (3RT2027-2BB40-0CC0, 3RT2027-2BB40, 3RT2026-2BB40) plus the RS assembly kit (3RA2923-2BB2) on a common mounting plate, pre-wired for wye-delta starting of a 22 kW motor at 400 V. Spring-loaded terminals on both main and control circuits mean no screwdriver needed for the power or aux wiring — strip, push, done. That saves about 15 minutes per panel at commissioning. Coil is 24 V DC, pulling 13.8 W on closing and holding — a standard 24 V DC supply handles it without an inrush headache.
Panel fit and mounting flexibility
Clearance around the unit: 6 mm up, down, and sides; 6 mm forward; 0 mm backward. That fits in a 600 mm deep enclosure with room for the gland plate. Useful when the panel layout forces an odd angle. Wire range for the main circuit: solid 2×(1…10 mm²) or stranded 2×(0.5…2.5 mm²); AWG 18–8 for the main contacts. Fuse assignment calls for gG NH 3NA, DIAZED 5SB, or NEOZED 5SE at 50 A.
