The 3RA2445-8XF32-1AC2: This is a pre-assembled star-delta (wye-delta) contactor set from the SIRIUS series, built around two 3RT2045-1AC20 contactors and one 3RT2036-1AC20 contactor, plus the RS assembly kit 3RA2943-2C. It's a single order code for the whole start circuit — no hunting for individual contactors and interlocking hardware. Rated 75 kW at 400 V and 110 kW at 690 V in AC-3 duty, so it handles the transition from star to delta for a motor up to that power — the 690 V rating matters if you're running a 575 V or 690 V line in a North American or mining installation. Dimensions are 220 mm wide by 180 mm tall by 244 mm deep — confirm the enclosure backplane fits before wiring.

For fuse protection, the assembly requires 160 A gG NH 3NA, DIAZED 5SB, or NEOZED 5SE fuses when using type 2 coordination. Get the fuse spec right on the BOM — mismatched fuses break coordination and you'll lose the starter in a fault.
