The 3RA2446-8XH32-1NB3 is a pre-assembled SIRIUS star-delta (wye-delta) contactor assembly from Siemens, Size S3, designed to reduce inrush current during motor start by connecting the windings in star, then switching to delta for run. It ships with three contactors already matched: two 3RT2046-1NB30 (one with surge suppressor 3RT2046-1NB30-0CC0) and one 3RT2037-1NB30, plus the RS assembly kit 3RA2943-2C — no separate ordering or coordination needed. Rated 90 kW at 400 V AC-3 and 132 kW at 690 V AC-3, with a maximum AC-3 switching voltage of 690 V. The mechanical life of the contactor typical is 10 million operations.

Dimensions: 220 mm wide, 180 mm high, 244 mm deep. The depth is the critical dimension for enclosure depth clearance — 244 mm means it will not fit a shallow 200 mm enclosure without a door offset. The 60 °C ceiling is standard for industrial panels without active cooling; above that, derating applies.
