Rated 53 kA at 400 V, this starter handles high-fault panels without needing a separate upstream fuse or breaker for SCCR compliance. At 500 V it's still rated 3 kA, and at 690 V the same 3 kA — so it's usable on 400 V systems with high available fault current, but on 690 V systems you'll need to verify the fault level at the panel. The adjustable Trip Class (10 and 20) lets you match the thermal curve to the motor start profile — Class 10 for fast-starting pumps and fans, Class 20 for high-inertia loads like conveyors or centrifuges that need a longer acceleration ramp without nuisance tripping.
