Reversing starter for forward-reverse motor control
The 3RA6250-0EB30: It integrates forward and reverse contactors plus a thermal overload relay in one 90 mm wide housing, saving panel space over a two-contactor build.
Trip class and motor protection flexibility
The adjustable trip class (CLASS 10 or 20) lets you match the overload curve to the motor start profile — CLASS 10 for fast-starting pumps and fans, CLASS 20 for high-inertia loads like conveyors or crushers. Rated for continuous operation per IEC 60947-6-2, meaning it handles sustained motor running without derating, unlike starters rated only for intermittent duty. The main circuit uses a plug-in design without terminals — the power connections are made through the base unit, so the starter module swaps out without rewiring the panel.
Mounting and panel integration
Mounts on a standard DIN rail via screw and snap-on fastening — the screw secures it against vibration, the snap-on lets you position it before tightening. At 90 mm wide and 165 mm deep, it fits a standard 200 mm deep enclosure with room for wiring ducts; the 170 mm height clears most 200 mm tall backpanels. Rated for any mounting position and tested to 6g shock and 20 m/s² vibration — suitable for machine-mounted panels near rotating equipment.
