Trip class and overload protection — adjustable for the load
The overload relay is adjustable between Class 10 and Class 20 trip curves. Class 10 suits fast-heating loads like submersible pumps or compressors that must trip quickly on stall; Class 20 gives more starting time for high-inertia loads like fans or centrifuges. Set it per the motor's acceleration time. The coil accepts 24 V AC or DC — universal control voltage that simplifies panel wiring when a single 24 VDC supply powers both the PLC and the motor controls.
Mounting and wiring — DIN rail, screw terminals, wire ranges
Mounts on standard 35 mm DIN rail via the screw-and-snap-on fastening method. No special tools beyond a screwdriver. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage and transport -55 to +80 °C. Pollution degree 3 means it is rated for the conductive-dust and humidity conditions typical in industrial control panels.
