SIRIUS compact starter with IO-Link — 12 A at 400 V
It integrates a motor-protective function with adjustable Trip Class 10 and 20, meaning you set the overload trip curve to match the motor's thermal time constant — Class 10 for fast-trip submersible pumps, Class 20 for high-inertia loads like conveyors. Snap it onto the standard DIN rail (vertical or horizontal) and fasten with the integrated screw — no separate mounting plate needed. The 45 mm width keeps the panel layout tight. IO-Link COM2 (38.4 kBaud) brings parameterization and diagnostics into the control network — you read the motor current, trip count, and thermal state without a fieldbus coupler.
Breaking capacity and short-circuit coordination — 53 kA at 400 V
Three LEDs on the front indicate operating state, overload, and fault — a quick visual check during commissioning or line-down troubleshooting without opening the panel door. Wire the main circuit via plug-in terminals without lugs; the terminal accepts solid conductors from 0.5 to 4 mm², or two conductors 0.5 to 2.5 mm² for daisy-chaining the supply.
