IO-Link integration and wiring flexibility
Built-in IO-Link at COM2 (38.4 kBaud) gives the starter direct parameter access and diagnostics over a standard M12 connection — you can read motor current, trip counts, and thermal capacity utilization without running additional sensor cables back to the PLC. The 24 V DC control supply is separate from the main power circuit, so the IO-Link communication stays live even when the motor contactor is off.
