The adjustable trip class (Class 10 and 20) lets you match the overload curve to the motor's starting profile: Class 10 for faster-starting loads like pumps, Class 20 for higher-inertia loads like fans or conveyors that need a longer acceleration ramp.
IO-Link integration
This reversing starter supports IO-Link communication at COM2 (38.4 kBaud), so it reports motor current, trip status, and operating hours back to the controller. Five on-board LEDs give local status without needing to open the cabinet door — useful for a quick visual check during commissioning or fault-finding. The main circuit connection is plug-in without terminals — mates to a pre-wired base, which speeds panel assembly and reduces wiring errors. The control wiring accepts 2x (0.25 to 1.5 mm²) solid or stranded conductors.
