The Siemens 3RB1056-1FG0 is a solid-state overload relay from the SIRIUS 3RB10 series, rated for 50 to 200 A with a Class 10 trip characteristic. It provides motor overload and phase-loss protection for three-phase induction motors in industrial control panels. The solid-state sensing eliminates the mechanical fatigue and ambient-temperature drift that bimetal relays accumulate over thousands of starts.
This relay is designed for direct mounting on Siemens 3RT105 contactors via the included mounting rails, or for separate mounting on 35 mm standard DIN rail. The S6 variant includes the necessary hardware for both configurations, so the same part covers panel layouts where the overload relay sits on the contactor or on a separate rail. When mounted on the 3RT105 contactor, the power connections line up directly, reducing wiring and panel space. For separate mounting, the 35 mm DIN-rail footprint matches standard enclosure backplates and terminal blocks.
