Integration Notes
The 3RB1246-1QB30: Mounts individually on the contactor or directly to the panel — size S00/S0 footprint matches the Siemens 3RT2 contactor range. The main circuit uses a current transformer (ST type) for sensing, so no series power loss through a heater element. Auxiliary wiring lands on screw terminals; torque to the manufacturer's spec for reliable ground-fault detection. The DC 24 V coil holds at nominal, drops out below approximately 18 V. For commissioning, set the trip class (5–30) via the front dial to match the motor start profile — class 10 for standard starts, class 20 for high-inertia loads, class 30 for soft-start or long acceleration.
