Solid-state overload relay for high-current motor circuits
The 3RB2066-2MC2: Trip Class 20E means the relay allows a longer thermal overload before tripping — designed for high-inertia loads like conveyors, crushers, or fans where start-up current can persist for several seconds without damaging the motor.
Mounts directly onto a contactor (S10/S12 size) or as a stand-alone unit — the fastening method is contactor mounting or stand-alone installation, with busbar connection for the main current circuit. Dimensions are 120 mm wide by 119 mm high by 155 mm deep, with any mounting position allowed. The integrated auxiliary switch (signaling contact) is built in, so no separate add-on is needed for trip indication.

Environmental and compliance data
Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-27: 15g / 11 ms for the main relay, 8g / 11 ms for the signaling contact in tripped position. Substance prohibition date of 07/01/2006 aligns with RoHS compliance. Rated insulation voltage is 1 000 V, with AC-3e rated maximum voltage also 1 000 V at 50–60 Hz.
