SIRIUS solid-state overload relay – what it does
Siemens 3RB2153-4FC2 is a SIRIUS solid-state overload relay, size S6, for motor protection up to 200 A continuous with adjustable CLASS 5E–30E. Integrated auxiliary switch signals a 'tripped' message.
Mounts anywhere, fits standard panels
Fastens directly to a contactor (same SIRIUS frame) or as a standalone unit on the panel. Width 120 mm, height 119 mm, depth 155 mm – that 155 mm depth is what matters for enclosure clearance. Mounting position any, so vertical or horizontal cable trays work. Vibration tested to 1–6 Hz 15 mm amplitude, 6–500 Hz at 20 m/s², 10 cycles. Shock rated 15 g/11 ms. Terminals accept 1x 0.5–4 mm² solid or 2x 0.5–2.5 mm² stranded. Main circuit connection is busbar; auxiliary contacts integrated.
