The Siemens 3RB3016-1NB0-ZX95 is a SIRIUS solid-state overload relay in the S00 frame size, rated for a thermal current of 1.25 A at up to 690 V. It's an electronic overload release with Trip Class 10E.
The auxiliary contact ratings cover a wide control-voltage range: 2 A at 24 V, 4 A at 120 V, 3 A at 230 V, and 0.55 A at 60 V — so it can switch PLC inputs, contactor coils, or indicator lamps across common control voltages without an interposing relay. The integrated auxiliary switch (design of the auxiliary switch: integrated) means you don't need a separate add-on block for the N/C trip signal.
Integration notes
Wiring the main circuit uses screw-type terminals accepting 1x (0.5 to 4 mm²) or 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded copper. The screwdriver spec calls for a Pozidriv PZ2 tip with a shaft diameter of 5 to 6 mm. Mounting position is any orientation, and the relay withstands 15g / 11 ms shock (signaling contact 9g / 11 ms in tripped position) and vibration per IEC 60068-2-27. The note on the part reads "for message 'tripped'" — that's the auxiliary contact's label, not a fault code.
