The Siemens 3RB3016-2SB0 is a solid-state overload relay from the SIRIUS product brand, designed for motor protection in size S00 frame. It mounts directly on a contactor and provides an electronic overload release with a Class 20E trip curve, rated for 12 A continuous thermal current at up to 690 V AC-3e. The integrated auxiliary switch includes a signaling contact that operates on a trip condition (labeled "for message tripped").

Fastened by contactor mounting, the relay occupies 45 mm width, 79 mm height, and 73 mm depth. Screw-type terminals accept 1x 0.5-4 mm² or 2x 0.5-2.5 mm² solid or stranded wire. Operation is rated for -25 to +60 °C, storage -40 to +80 °C. Vibration resistance: 1-6 Hz, 15 mm; 6-500 Hz, 20 m/s². Shock resistance 15g/11 ms (9g/11 ms for signaling contact in tripped position).
