SIRIUS 3RB3026-1PB0 — solid-state overload relay, size S0
The Siemens 3RB3026-1PB0 is a SIRIUS-brand solid-state overload relay in the S0 frame size, rated for a continuous thermal current of 4 A and a maximum operational voltage of 690 V. It provides CLASS 10E tripping characteristic. Mounts directly onto a contactor via the contactor-mounting fastening method, eliminating the need for separate DIN-rail space in a crowded panel. The auxiliary switch is integrated, with a signaling contact rated 2 A at 24 V, 4 A at 120 V, and 3 A at 230 V — enough to drive a PLC input or a local alarm lamp directly.

Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 87 mm high, 84 mm deep — fits the standard S0 contactor footprint. Main circuit terminals accept solid or stranded conductors: 1× (0.5 to 4 mm²) or 2× (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) per pole. Stranded up to 2× 10 mm² is also listed for the main circuit. Screw terminals with Pozidriv PZ 2 tip, shaft diameter 5 to 6 mm. Mounting position is any orientation, so it fits horizontal or vertical bus arrangements without derating. Vibration resistance tested to 1–6 Hz at 15 mm amplitude, 6–500 Hz at 20 m/s², 10 cycles; shock resistance 15g / 11 ms. Power dissipation per pole is 0.03 W — negligible thermal load inside the enclosure, even in a multi-relay group.
