SIRIUS solid-state overload relay, 40 A, Class 10E
The Siemens 3RB3026-1VE0 is a SIRIUS solid-state overload relay in Size S0, rated for a thermal current of 40 A and a maximum operating voltage of 690 V.
Mounts directly onto a contactor (contactor mounting) in any position. The S0 frame keeps the width to 45 mm, depth 85 mm, height 109 mm — fits standard motor-starter footprints on a DIN rail or panel backplate. Spring-loaded terminals on the main circuit accept 1x 10 mm² stranded or 2x (0.25…1.5 mm²) solid/stranded; auxiliary contacts use the same spring-cage style. Screwdriver shaft diameter 5 to 6 mm, Pozidriv PZ 2 tip.
Auxiliary contact ratings and signaling
Integrated auxiliary switch provides a dedicated signal contact for the "tripped" message. Rated currents: 2 A at 24 V, 0.55 A at 60 V, 0.3 A at 110 V, 4 A at 120 V, 0.3 A at 125 V, 0.11 A at 220 V, 3 A at 230 V. Use the 120 V / 4 A and 230 V / 3 A ratings for AC pilot circuits; the 24 V / 2 A rating covers DC control loops. Power dissipation per pole is 1.5 W.
Environmental and mechanical withstand
Storage and transport from -40 to +80 °C. Shock resistance 15g / 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27 (signaling contact in tripped position: 9g / 11 ms). Vibration resistance 1–6 Hz, 15 mm amplitude; 6–500 Hz, 20 m/s²; 10 cycles. Electronic overload release design ensures accurate, drift-free protection.
