Motor protection — CLASS 20E and 1.25 A thermal current
The 3RB3026-2NE0: CLASS 20E trip class means the relay allows 20 seconds of locked-rotor current at 7.2× setting before tripping — standard for general-purpose motor starting where the load inertia isn't extreme. The per-pole power dissipation is only 0.03 W, so heat buildup inside a densely packed panel is negligible.
Integration — S0 size, contactor mount, spring terminals
S0 form factor (45 mm wide, 109 mm high, 85 mm deep) mounts directly onto a Siemens contactor without extra DIN-rail space — the fastening method is contactor mounting, not separate rail clip. Mounts in any position and survives 15g / 11 ms shock and 1–500 Hz vibration per IEC 60068-2-27 — suitable for machine-mounted or mobile equipment panels.
Auxiliary contact — signal ratings for the tripped message
These ratings cover 24 VDC PLC inputs through 230 VAC indication circuits; the signaling contact also has its own shock rating of 9g / 11 ms in the tripped position.
