Class 20E trip, 25 A thermal current
The Siemens 3RB3026-2QB0 is a SIRIUS solid-state overload relay rated for a thermal current of 25 A, with a trip class of CLASS 20E. This means it allows a motor to draw locked-rotor current for up to 20 seconds before tripping — the right-sized spec for standard industrial motor starts that don't need a fast trip, like pumps and conveyors.
Mounts directly on the contactor
This relay mounts directly onto the contactor via the fastening method specified for contactor mounting, size S0. It snaps onto the contactor without extra DIN-rail space, keeping the panel layout tight. The auxiliary switch is integrated, with signaling contacts rated at 2 A at 24 V, 4 A at 120 V, and 3 A at 230 V. The trip indicator shows a message "tripped" when the relay has operated.
