The Siemens SIRIUS 3RB3026-2SB0-ZX95 is a solid-state overload relay with CLASS 20E characteristic. It protects a motor circuit by monitoring current through the main poles and tripping on an overcurrent condition that persists beyond the thermal curve.
Mounting and integration — fits a S0 contactor footprint
This relay mounts directly onto a contactor of the SIRIUS S0 frame size via the contactor-mounting fastening method — no separate base or DIN-rail adapter needed. The main circuit terminals accept screw-type conductors: solid 1x (0.5 to 4 mm²) or 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²), and stranded up to 2x 10 mm². The auxiliary switch is integrated, so no separate add-on block is required for the tripped signal. The screwdriver tip required is Pozidriv PZ2 with a shaft diameter of 5 to 6 mm.
Storage and transport range is -40 to +80 °C. Vibration resistance is tested to 1–6 Hz at 15 mm amplitude and 6–500 Hz at 20 m/s² for 10 cycles; shock resistance is 15 g for 11 ms (the signaling contact in the tripped position is rated 9 g for 11 ms). These ratings mean the relay can be mounted on a machine frame or a vibrating panel without nuisance trips or mechanical failure.
