The 80 A thermal current holds at both 480 V and 600 V, so the relay doesn't derate across common North American line voltages. The auxiliary switch is integrated and rated for switching at multiple control voltages: 2 A at 24 V, 4 A at 120 V, 3 A at 230 V, and lower ratings for DC applications like 0.55 A at 60 V and 0.3 A at 125 V. That covers most PLC input cards and contactor coils directly, without an interposing relay.
Mounts directly onto a contactor via the contactor mounting fastening method — no DIN rail required, though the 55 mm width and 99 mm height fit standard panel layouts. Main circuit connections use screw-type terminals accepting 1x 50 mm² stranded or 2x 35 mm² stranded. Control wiring is via separate screw terminals accepting 1x 4 mm² solid or 2x 2.5 mm² stranded. The screwdriver spec calls for a Pozidriv PZ 2 tip with a 5 to 6 mm shaft diameter — not a flathead, so make sure the panel kit has the right bit.
Environmental and Mechanical Ruggedness
Rated for shock resistance of 15g / 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27, though the signaling contact in the tripped position derates to 8g / 11 ms. Vibration resistance covers 1-6 Hz at 15 mm amplitude and 6-500 Hz at 20 m/s² for 10 cycles.
