The thermal current rating is 80 A continuous, and the rated insulation voltage is 690 V, so it handles 480 V and 600 V motor circuits at full 80 A without derating.
At 480 V and 600 V rated value, the relay is still rated 80 A, so no voltage-dependent derating in that range. The trip class CLASS 10E governs how fast it clears a locked-rotor condition: a 10-second window at 7.2× Ie, which is typical for IEC motor starters with normal inertia loads. The integrated auxiliary switch provides a signal contact for the "tripped" message (the note on the device). Shock resistance is 15g / 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27, and vibration resistance covers 1-6 Hz at 15 mm amplitude and 6-500 Hz at 20 m/s² for 10 cycles — robust enough for machine-mounted applications near conveyors or compressors.
For the main contacts, the terminal accepts stranded wire: 2x (10... 35 mm²) or 1x 50 mm². Solid wire for auxiliary circuits: 2x (0.25... 1.5 mm²). The screwdriver shaft diameter should be 5 to 6 mm, with a Pozidriv PZ 2 tip. Main contact terminal size is M6.
