Frame size matters: S00 vs S0 sibling
The 3RB3113-4SB0: The S00 frame measures 45 mm wide × 79 mm high × 73 mm deep. It mounts directly onto a contactor of matching S00 frame size.
The relay fastens via contactor mounting — no separate DIN rail clip; it attaches directly to the S00 contactor base. The screw-type terminals for the main circuit accept solid or stranded wire: 1× (0.5–4 mm²) or 2× (0.5–2.5 mm²). Auxiliary and control terminals use the same cross-section range. The recommended screwdriver tip is Pozidriv PZ2 with a shaft diameter of 5–6 mm. Mounting position is any, so the orientation is not constrained. Each pole dissipates 0.2 W at rated current, which is negligible for thermal derating in a closed panel. The tripped signaling contact (97/98) has a separate shock rating of 9 g / 11 ms — if the relay is wired to report a trip to a PLC, verify the signal contact can tolerate the panel's vibration environment.
