It handles 24 V AC/DC control voltage, drawing 25 mA on either supply type, so it works with both PLC digital outputs and conventional control transformers without worrying about polarity or supply frequency. At 22.5 mm wide, it fits a standard single-module slot in a control panel. The clip-on fastening means you snap it onto the DIN rail without tools — no mounting screws, no bracket.
Control Circuit and Wiring
Control supply voltage range is 18 to 30 V DC, with a nominal 24 V AC/DC rating at 50/60 Hz. The 25 mA control current is consistent across AC and DC, so the load on your control transformer or PLC output is predictable — no inrush spike to account for. Screw-type terminals on the auxiliary and control circuit accept 1x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (0.5 to 1.0 mm²) finely stranded wire, with or without ferrule. AWG 20 to 12 for the control contacts. The part has zero main contacts and zero auxiliary contacts — it's a converter module, not a contactor with power poles. Its job is to switch the control signal, not the load current.
Derating begins at 40 °C — above that, you'll need to reduce the load or improve ventilation. Vibration resistance 2g per IEC 60068-2-6; shock resistance 15g / 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27. EMC immunity includes 4 kV contact / 8 kV air electrostatic discharge (IEC 61000-4-2, criterion 2) and 2 kV burst at 5 kHz (IEC 61000-4-4, criterion 2). RoHS compliance with substance prohibition date of July 1, 2006.
