The 25 A continuous rating is the maximum steady-state current the semiconductor output can carry without exceeding its junction temperature. For motor or transformer loads with inrush, you will need to derate per the manufacturer's guidelines — the datasheet's AC-51 / AC-53a duty class figures (not on this record) would govern that selection. The ring cable lug connection (not screw-clamp or spring-cage) means the load and control wires terminate with a crimped ring lug secured under a screw.
