The Siemens 3RF3150-2AA04 is a 1-pole SIRIUS 3RF31 solid-state relay in a 22.5 mm housing, rated for 50 A continuous load current across a 48-460 VAC supply, with a 24 VDC control input and spring-loaded terminals. The 50 A rating is the continuous resistive load capacity at the rated voltage range — so it handles a 50 A heater bank or similar resistive load without derating, but for motor or transformer loads you need to check the inrush and apply the manufacturer's duty-cycle derating. This is a semiconductor relay designed for mounting on an available cooling surface (heatsink or panel metal), not a free-standing block — the thermal path to the panel is what lets it carry that current.
No torque driver needed, which speeds up wiring on a multi-relay bank. Because it's a semiconductor relay with no moving contacts, there's zero contact bounce and no arc on break, so it's quiet and doesn't generate the electrical noise a mechanical contactor does. That matters when the relay shares a panel with sensitive control electronics.
