The 3RF3150-2AA22: This is a 50 A, 1-pole solid-state relay from the SIRIUS 3RF31 family, in a 22.5 mm housing. The control voltage accepts both 24-230 V AC and 110-230 V AC, so it works across standard control voltages without needing a separate coil supply. Spring-loaded terminals mean no screw torqueing — strip 8-10 mm, push the wire in, done. That saves time on panel assembly and avoids loose-terminal callbacks. The relay is designed for mounting on available cooling surfaces (heat sinks or panel metal), not free-air; the 50 A rating assumes adequate thermal management.
At 22.5 mm wide, this SSR fits standard DIN-rail enclosures alongside contactors and breakers. Mount the relay on a flat metal surface with thermal compound or a thermal pad for heat transfer; the datasheet specifies the required cooling surface area for full 50 A continuous duty.
