The Siemens 3RF3190-3AA24 is a 1-pole SIRIUS 3RF31 solid-state relay in the standard 22.5 mm DIN-rail footprint, rated for 90 A continuous at 48-460 VAC line voltage with a 110-230 VAC control supply. The ring cable lug termination (not a screw clamp or spring cage) means you torque the power wires directly to the relay's terminals — common in panel builds where high ampacity and a vibration-proof connection matter more than quick wire changes.
Mounting and integration — the thermal path is the heatsink
This SSR is designed to be bolted to a metal cooling surface — the backplate of your enclosure or a dedicated heatsink — because the 90 A rating assumes that thermal path exists. The 22.5 mm width matches the SIRIUS 3RF family's compact DIN-rail footprint, so it occupies one standard module slot. For a 90 A relay that's tight on the rail; expect to leave a module gap on either side if the enclosure is sealed or airflow is restricted. The ring lug connection accepts cable lugs sized for the load current — plan your gland plate entry accordingly.
