The Siemens 3RF3320-1DA44 is a 1-pole solid-state contactor from the SIRIUS 3RF33 family, rated AC-1 20 A at 40 °C for resistive loads. It switches on a 48-460 V power supply and is controlled by a 4-30 V DC signal, making it a direct replacement for a mechanical contactor in applications where silent, wear-free switching is needed — such as heater banks, lighting, or transformer primary circuits. The control voltage range (4-30 V DC) covers standard 24 V DC PLC outputs without a separate interface relay. Because the part is short-circuit-proof when paired with a B miniature circuit breaker, you can size the upstream protection without worrying about inrush from the solid-state switch.
