The Siemens 3RF3350-1BA04 is a 1-pole solid-state contactor from the SIRIUS 3RF33 family, rated for AC-15 duty at 25 A at 40 °C ambient. It switches loads between 48 and 460 V AC, controlled by a 24 V DC coil with instantaneous switching. Termination is via screw terminals. AC-15 is the IEC utilization category for electromagnetic loads — solenoids, contactor coils, clutches — where inrush current can be several times the holding current. The 25 A rating at 40 °C means this contactor handles those inrush peaks without derating in a typical panel ambient. Above 40 °C, you'd derate per the thermal curve in the datasheet.
This is a DIN-rail-mount device, sized for a standard enclosure backplane. The 105 x 50 x 125 mm footprint fits alongside other SIRIUS control gear. Screw terminals accept up to 4 mm² conductors — common for panel wiring in motor control centers or distribution boards. Typical deployment is switching AC solenoids, valve actuators, or small transformer primaries in industrial control panels. The 48-460 V range covers most low-voltage AC supplies worldwide.
RoHS compliance is confirmed from 15 January 2024. No other SVHCs are flagged in the current candidate list.
