Power supply and wiring constraints
This module requires an external auxiliary supply of 20 to 30 V DC, compliant with VDE 0106 PELV protection class III, to power both the input and output circuits — it does not draw output power from the AS-Interface bus alone. The external 24 V DC feeds the outputs through a Combicon plug connector (verify if the mating plug ships with the module or needs a separate order). Total output current across all four channels is 6 A; the AS-Interface bus draw for the module itself is max 30 mA.
