The Siemens 3RG9010-0AA00 is an AS-Interface FK coupling module — it connects the yellow AS-i flat cable to field-mounted digital I/O modules, passing power and data through insulation-piercing contacts without stripping the cable. Rated IP67, it is built for wet or dusty environments on the machine frame, not inside a control cabinet. The module carries a 2 A contact rating per path and operates on the AS-Interface bus voltage range of 26.5 to 31.6 V.
