Mounting and Wiring in Tight Panels
The 3RH1122-1BM40: This contactor takes up 45 mm on the DIN rail — two slots in a standard S00 footprint. Screw and snap-on mounting together means you can clip it onto the rail and fasten for vibration resistance, or just snap it for quick placement. The front face is IP20, so no cover needed over the terminals in a typical IP54 cabinet. Wire sizes: accepts 2x (0.5–1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75–2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² solid/stranded — enough for daisy-chaining auxiliary circuits without extra junction blocks. Mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward; useful when the panel is at an angle in a sloped nacelle.
