Ratings and deployment context
The AC-12 rating of 10 A covers resistive and solid-state loads at 24 V, which is the typical control-circuit voltage in AS/RS shuttle panels and conveyor zones. The 2 NO contacts give you two independent signal paths — enough for a run-permissive and a fault-feedback on a single contactor. That helps when the panel layout is tight and the contactor has to sit at an angle to clear busbars or cable ducts. The IP20 front protection keeps fingers and tools out but expects enclosure-level sealing. Shock resistance rated at 10g / 5 ms and 5g / 10 ms — relevant for crane or shuttle applications where vibration and jolts are routine.
