What this auxiliary contactor is rated for
Switching capacity drops with voltage: 6 A at 230 V AC, 3 A at 400 V AC, 2 A at 500 V AC, and 1 A at 690 V AC. For DC circuits, it handles 10 A at 24 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.27 A at 220 V. These are the contact ratings that govern real-world fit — if your control voltage is 230 V AC, the 6 A limit is the one that matters, not the 10 A AC-12 headline.
The magnet coil is rated 110 V DC with a closing and holding power of 3.2 W. That steady-state draw is low enough for most 24 V DC supplies when stepped up through a converter, but the 3.2 W holding power means the coil driver must be rated for continuous DC duty — no AC coil hum, but the DC coil draws constant power as long as it's energised.
Mounting is by screw or snap-on to DIN rail. Wire termination accepts 2x (0.25 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded — that's two conductors per terminal, useful for daisy-chaining control voltage to multiple auxiliary contacts in the same row without extra junction blocks.
Environmental limits and approvals
Shock resistance is 10g for 5 ms and 5g for 10 ms, adequate for machine-mounted panels on presses or conveyors.
