It switches control signals and auxiliary loads in motor starter and contactor assemblies — the four NO contacts mirror the main contactor's state for status feedback, interlocks, or PLC inputs. The 10 A rating at 24 V covers most 24 VDC control circuits; at 230 V AC the contacts are rated 6 A, at 400 V AC 3 A, and at 690 V AC 1 A.
Width is 45 mm, height 57.5 mm, depth 72 mm. The screw terminals accept 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² solid.
Contact reliability and switching life
Contact reliability is specified as one incorrect switching operation per 100 million switching operations at 17 V and 1 mA — that is the low-level switching floor; below that, use a separate interface relay. Typical mechanical life of the contactor is 30 million operations. Shock resistance is 10g / 5 ms and 5g / 10 ms, enough for most industrial machinery but not for high-vibration mobile equipment.
