Mounting and integration
The 3RH1344-2AF00-ZW95: Mounts via screw and snap-on onto a DIN rail. The S00 footprint — 45 mm wide, 60 mm high, 114 mm deep — fits standard panel layouts. IP20 on the front means it is protected against finger contact but needs enclosure cover for washdown environments. Mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward, so panel layout is flexible.
Contact performance and reliability
Four instantaneous NO contacts with no leading, lagging, or make-before-break switching — clean on/off per coil cycle. Contact reliability is rated at one incorrect switching operation per 100 million cycles at 17 V, 1 mA, so it handles low-level signals in PLC input circuits without stutter. Mechanical endurance is typical 10 million switching operations. Shock resistance: 10g / 5 ms and 5g / 10 ms, suitable for machine-mounted panels.
Environmental and compliance
Operates from -25 to +60 °C; stores and transports from -55 to +80 °C. Pollution degree 3 (conductive or dry non-conductive pollution) — typical for industrial control panels.
