Front face carries IP20 protection; side clearance is zero mm, so it can sit tight against adjacent devices.
Eight instantaneous N/O contacts with no delayed, leading, or lagging switching — every pole closes at the same time. That's a straight signal-repeater or load-switching block, not a sequenced make-before-break device. The 10 A AC-12 maximum at 24 V is the resistive-load ceiling; at 230 V the rating drops to 6 A, and at 690 V it's 1 A. If you're switching a 24 VDC PLC output bank, the 10 A figure gives you comfortable headroom for a dozen small solenoids. Solid wire capacity is 2x 0.25 to 2.5 mm² per terminal — standard for S00 auxiliary blocks, but worth noting if your panel uses 4 mm² control wiring. The depth of 114 mm is the dimension that usually determines whether it fits a shallow enclosure; width is 45 mm, height 60 mm.
Size S00 is the smallest Siemens contactor frame — it fits alongside S00 main contactors like the 3RT2 series on the same DIN rail. The 8 N/O contacts can be wired as a mirror block for a reversing starter interlock or as a signal multiplier feeding multiple PLC inputs. Shock resistance is 10g / 5 ms and 5g / 10 ms — fine for most industrial panels, but check if your application sees repetitive high-G vibration.
