It is designed for use with SIRIUS contactor relays and power contactors in the S00 frame size, snapping onto the contactor without tools. The block carries a maximum thermal current of 10 A, with contact ratings that vary by voltage and duty. At 24 V it is rated 6 A; at 230 V it is rated 6 A; at 400 V it is rated 3 A. Mechanical service life is 10 million switching cycles typical, and contact reliability is specified at 1 faulty switching per 100 million operations at 17 V, 1 mA — a figure that matters for low-energy signal circuits where oxide films on dry contacts can cause intermittent opens.
This order code is a phased-out product. The manufacturer lists the successor as the SIRIUS 3RH2 series. As a phased-out item, the 3RH1911-1FA02-ZW95 is not in current factory production.
The block snaps onto S00-size SIRIUS contactors and contactor relays. Dimensions are 36.5 mm wide, 37.5 mm high, and 41.5 mm deep — it adds negligible depth to the contactor footprint. Termination is via screw-type terminals accepting 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) with core-end processing, or the AWG equivalents 2x (20 to 16) and 2x (18 to 14).
