What it is and what it does
The Siemens 3RH2131-1BF40-ZX95 is a Size S00 contactor relay with three normally-open instantaneous auxiliary contacts, designed for screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail. The magnet coil is rated 110 VDC with a pickup threshold of 0.8 x rated value and a dropout threshold of 1.1 x rated value, drawing 4 W during both closing and holding. The auxiliary contacts are rated for DC switching across a range of voltages: 10 A at 24 V, 4.7 A at 60 V, 3 A at 110 V, 1.2 A at 220 V, 0.5 A at 440 V, and 0.26 A at 600 V.
Mounting and integration
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail via the snap-on feature, or can be screw-mounted. The mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward. Clearance distances: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 6 mm at the side. Overall dimensions are 73 mm depth, 45 mm width, and 58 mm height. Wiring accepts 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² solid or stranded conductors, or 2x (20...16), 2x (18...14), 2x 12 AWG for auxiliary contacts.
