It is designed for control-circuit switching — signalling, interlocking, and extending contact density on a contactor or starter assembly. The S00 frame keeps the footprint compact at 45 mm wide, 57.5 mm tall, and 73 mm deep — it tucks into the space beside a main contactor without crowding the gland plate.
Switching capability and contact ratings
The three NO contacts are rated for AC-15 and DC-13 control-circuit duty across a wide voltage range. At 24 V the contacts carry 10 A; at 230 V they still carry 10 A, dropping to 3 A at 400 V and 1 A at 690 V. On the DC side, at 60 V the rating is 4.7 A, at 110 V it is 3 A, and at 220 V it is 1.2 A. These numbers govern the solenoid, relay, or pilot-device load the contacts can break — not motor current.
Clearance, wiring, and environmental limits
This keeps the part installable in a standard DIN-rail array without excessive dead space. The screw terminals accept two conductors per clamp — 2 × (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2 × (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2 × 4 mm² solid or stranded — so daisy-chaining control wiring is straightforward. Operating temperature spans -25 to +60 °C, storage goes -55 to +80 °C, and the unit is rated for pollution degree 3 (conductive pollution typical in industrial panels). Relative humidity minimum is 10 %, and the part is RoHS-compliant per the 10/01/2009 substance prohibition date.
