Panel Fit and Coil Spec
The Siemens 3RH2131-2FB40 is a SIRIUS S00 auxiliary contactor with a 24 V DC coil — the built-in suppression diode clips the flyback spike, so you don't need an external snubber across the coil terminals. That diode is wired in parallel inside the contactor housing; it's not a separate add-on. The S00 body is 45 mm wide, 73 mm deep, 70 mm tall — fits a standard 45 mm-wide slot in a control panel. Clearance: 10 mm above and below, 6 mm at the sides.
Contact Ratings and Duty
The contact block carries 4 NO + 3 NC instantaneous contacts. Rated operational current at 24 V is 10 A; at 230 V it's also 10 A. At 400 V the rating drops to 3 A, and at 690 V to 1 A — the arc extinction limits the higher-voltage current. Switching frequency is 10,000 cycles per hour at AC, with an arcing time of 10–15 ms.
Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C.
