Auxiliary contactor for control-circuit switching
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RH2353-1DB40-0KA0 is a size S00 auxiliary contactor with five instantaneous normally-open contacts, designed for control-circuit switching in industrial panels. The 24 VDC coil draws 4 W closing power and includes an integrated varistor surge suppressor. Rated operational current is 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 1 A at 690 V — the ratings drop as voltage climbs, so match the contact rating to your control voltage, not the coil voltage.
Panel fit and mounting
Mounts via screw or snap-on onto standard 35 mm DIN rail. Dimensions are 57.5 mm high, 45 mm wide, 121 mm deep — the depth is the dimension that sticks out from the rail. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, and 6 mm at the side. Mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward, so it fits tight enclosures without derating.
