The Siemens 3RH2911-2GA22 is a SIRIUS auxiliary switch designed for snap-on mounting onto the front of 3RH2140 or 3RH2440 contactor relays. It adds two instantaneous contacts (NO/NC configurable) to the S00 contactor frame, giving you extra signal feedback or interlock paths without extra panel wiring. Snap-on mounting means it clips directly onto the contactor without tools — no screws, no brackets. The 36 mm width and 47.7 mm depth keep the assembly compact inside a control panel.
Switching capacity across voltages
The 3RH2911-2GA22 carries a full voltage/current table that covers both AC and DC applications. At 24 V it switches 6 A; at 48 V and 60 V it drops to 2 A; at 110 V it handles 1 A; at 220 V it's 0.3 A. The rated-value column (typically for AC-15 or DC-13 duty) shows 10 A at 24 V, 4.7 A at 60 V, 3 A at 110 V, 1.2 A at 220 V, and 0.5 A at 440 V. That spread tells you the contact gap is sized for DC interruption — the arc extinguishes faster at lower currents, so the rating drops as voltage climbs. Compared to the 3RH2122-2AV60 (a two-contact block with different voltage ratings), the 3RH2911-2GA22 offers a broader voltage table and the same snap-on footprint. If your panel was specced around the 3RH2122-2AV60, the 3RH2911-2GA22 drops into the same S00 contactor front without rewiring — the mounting interface and terminal spacing are identical.
Snap-on mounting onto the S00 contactor front — no DIN rail required, no additional bracket. The 36 mm width matches the contactor width, so the assembly stays within the same footprint. Terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x (20 to 14 AWG). Finely stranded wire with core-end processing (ferrules) also fits 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²). The spring-cage design holds the wire without screw tightening — strip length 8 mm, push in with a small screwdriver to release.
