What it is and what it does
The Siemens 3RH2924-1GP11 is a SIRIUS coupling link designed to mount directly on the coil connections (B1/B2) of 3RT2.2 S0-size contactors, providing one normally-open (NO) auxiliary contact that switches when the contactor coil is energized. Its control supply is 24 V DC, with the NO contact rated 1 A at 24 V.
Mounting and integration
The link fastens by direct mounting onto the contactor coil terminals — no DIN rail or additional bracket needed — and can be installed in any mounting position. It measures 45 mm wide, 35 mm high, and 50 mm deep, with IP20 protection on the front, making it suitable for enclosed control panels where accidental finger contact is the main concern. The screw terminals accept two conductors per clamp: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), with core-end processing supported for the smaller range.
