What the 4 NO contacts actually buy you
The 3RH6140-1AR60 is a SIRIUS contactor relay with four normally-open auxiliary contacts, identified by the switching element code 40 E. That means you get four independent NO circuits in one 45 mm-wide package — no mixing NC and NO, just four make contacts for signal interlocking, PLC inputs, or pilot duty loads. The 6 kV rated surge voltage resistance means the contacts handle switching transients on inductive loads without welding shut prematurely.
Mounting and panel fit for the S00 frame
For AWG builds, that's 2x 20-16, 2x 18-14, or 2x 12. Finely stranded wire with core end processing uses the same cross-section ranges.
Coil draw and operating limits
AC coil with apparent pick-up power of 37 VA and holding power of 5.7 VA at 0.8 inductive power factor. The coil voltage tolerance is 0.8 to 1.1x rated at 50 Hz, 0.85 to 1.1x at 60 Hz — so a nominal 230 V coil stays pulled in down to about 184 V at 50 Hz.
