What this SIRIUS auxiliary switch block does
The 3RH6911-1AA10 is a front-mounted auxiliary switch block for Siemens SIRIUS contactor relays and power contactors in size S00. It snaps onto the front of the contactor without tools, adding one N/O and one N/C auxiliary contact to the base unit. Rated for 10 A in AC-12 duty and 6 A at 24 V in AC-15/DC-13, it handles typical PLC output and relay coil switching in control panels. The 10 million operating cycles mechanical life means it outlasts most contactors it rides on.
That 600 V rating matters if you're switching DC bus voltage in a drive cabinet.
Size S00 means the switch block is 23.6 mm wide, 27.5 mm tall, and 38.6 mm deep — it adds about 40 mm to the depth of the contactor it mounts on. Snap-on mounting means no screws; it clips onto the front of the contactor relay or power contactor. Finely stranded with ferrule is also supported. Front IP20 means the live parts are touch-safe once mounted inside a panel; the switch itself isn't rated for washdown environments.
